1994 Ford Thunderbird 140000 miles, automatic transmission 2 wheel drive, new trany. Ok, Got gas leaking through cylinder 6 running all the way out both tail pipes. Replaced plugs and wires. Car runs really rough. Got a cylinder 6 misfire code and a pre cat O2 senson code. Dont know what to do. Mabey fuel injector, spark not letting of enough spark. Fuel pressure regulator. Where should I start. I know since the gas poured in the exhaust the cat is now bad. Right know im trying to get it to stop dumping so much fuel into 6. What do I do? O it's a 4.6 8 cylnder engine.

I had the exact same problem with my 94 T-Bird, except it was cylinder 8. After changing everything you mentioned "plus the fuel rail and injectors" I thought I would try one more thing." THE COMPUTER". Believe it or not I replaced it and the problem was finally solved. The computer was going out, therefore causing the #8 injector to constantly pour fuel into the cylinder. Sparkplugs couldn't ingite all the fuel. The only other place the fuel could go was out the exhaust. Hopes this helps.
