How do I replace my EFE Valve? How much would it cost to have done by a mechanic?

The EFE valve could be the Bimetal or vacuum operated its called the heat control valve/heat riser to preheat the incoming air-to the intake manifold

Its take an 1hr to replace it-ranges from $70-$130.00 per hr. labor rate not including part/s shop around for a better deal.
