We have chamged the lower arm control, upper and lower tire rod ends and the tire still wobbly and sticks out further than the drivers side cocked to the right a little further out, and it wobbles when you drive it, it seems to be almost dragging the right tire in a turn, we checked the steering box and just don't know what else could we can do. What is wrong with the passenger tire?

Check the hub bearing, it's worn out, should also be making some growling noise as you drive?

Yes, jack wobbly tire off ground and grab top of tire and pull. It should NOT move. If it feels loose wobbly then the axle/hub wheel bearing is shot!
