THE CAR STARTS WHEN IT WANTS TO I CAN DRIVE IT ALL DAY AND THEN NOTHING IT TRYS TO TURN OVER BUT NOTHING THE COIL WAS ALSO REPLACED THE CAR SITS FOR 2 YRS NOW AND TAKES A LONG TIME TO TURN OVER IF YOU CAN GET TO IT ALSO BLOWS OUT ALOT OF WHITE SMOKE AND BOGS DOWN IF YOU DONT KEEP YOUR FOOT ON THE GAS

If it's blowing white smoke you likely have a blown head gasket this would certainly cause starting problems. Pull the spark plugs and check for any coolant on the electrodes.
Look under the oil filler cap and if there is white matter this indicates water in the oil which would verify.
