How do you change the wheel bearings on a 1995 Ford Taurus?

Can someone tell me how difficult it is to change the front wheel bearning on a 1995 Ford Taurus. I've been told that in order to replace them they need to be pressed? I"m not sure exactly what that means, and if I can do it myself in my garage. Would it be easier to change the entire Hub? Would appreciate a response. Thanks!

Your'e not going to be able to press them in your garage.I can tell you dont have a press or you would know what they mean by pressing them. Buy the whole hub assy.
