If you have the 24V DOHC VIN S
12V OHV VIN U

thanks for the response, if i disconnect the ac compressor do you think it will stop the rattling of rocks in a tin can?

If the noise is inside the compressor, maybe. If it is the clutch that is making the racket, then no.
