Power steering fluid is gushing out of the pump?

Hi i`ve notticed that the power steering fluid is gushing out of the pump and also leaking under the engine I thought it was engine oil but I looks like power steering fluid also it makes a noise when I turn and its been kind of hard to turn. Please help me figure this out thanks, will
