2003 Ford Taurus leak

After not driving my vehicle for 24 hours
i noticed transmission fluid all under my car. It had a chocolate foam mix with it. I looked under the hood and found a puddle up by my dipstick and tran fluid has been leaking from dipstick area. A few days before this I noticed while in drive I had some jerking in acceleration as well as in idle. Any idea what the problem could be.

Check tranny fluid and adjust if needed
check coolant if like milk shake
suspect bad tranny cooler in the radiator
remove and replace the radiator
flush coolant system and tranny too
if tranny fluid color good and coolant OK too
and sure that leak is from dip stick and no holes or any other leaks
I would suspect tranny oil pump and or internal tranny problem
