I just replaced the alternator in this car, thinking that was it. Well, it is doing the same thing. When the heater is running, the RPMs drop so much, that our car almost stalls out. I have had the air conditioning detached, as the pulleys were burning out the alternator, I thought. Well, it decided to start stalling, so I replaced the alternator all together, and it ran like a charm for a while, but it started almost stalling again. I don't want to start replacing everything, can't afford that. Any help would be grateful.

Check for vacuum leaks
around the PCV valve
I would suspect idle air control valve
do a code scan if possible
remove and clean idle air valve
clean air way
spray cleaner on a rag and wipe the throttle body
