2002 Ford Taurus Check engine light ObdII code P1400

Computer problem
2002 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 41000 miles

My Taurus has very low miles 41000, Out of no where the check engine light came on. I have an obII tester and got the code p1400. The car runs fine, no noticeable problems. I researched and saw there is a TSB bulletin regarding this trouble code. I can't seem to find a solution to this problem.

Thanks
