What would cause a bad squeaking noise in the front brakes. The pads and rotors only have 1200 miles on them.

Standing still car in park engine running move the steering wheel left to right slow and vise versa do you hear the noise
and if so
should have the front end check as it is possible outer tie rod and or lower ball joint
