Too many wires

2001 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 85000 miles
ok when you turn the headlamps on the signal indacators illuminate in the instr clust. this also accurs with multifunk switch removed. norrowed it down to front signal circut remove a bulb break circut signal light in dash goes out one side at a time pass bulb pass signal indicator drive bulb drive sig indicator out.the rear section of the circut not afected scanned gem with genysis no codes fuses all good. oh yeah they also will dimm with dimmer switch and instrument cluster does not illuminate when lamps are turned only the signal indicators. any help will be appreciated
