2001 Ford Taurus dash light bulbs

My daughter's car, she has bulbs burned out in the dash. I have read that the dash must be removed to replace them is this true? If so, is their a procedure or schematic to show how to do this. I'am pretty handy, but I'am not a Ford guy. Or does she need to go to a garage.

Bulbs located at rear of the cluster
Cluster need to be removed

Removal & Installation (Floor Shift)

Disconnect negative battery cable. Tilt steering column to lowest position. Remove instrument cluster finish panel. Remove instrument cluster retaining screws. Pull top part of instrument cluster toward steering wheel. Disconnect instrument cluster harness connectors. Remove instrument cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
Removal & Installation (Column Shift)
CAUTION:DO NOT use excessive force when installing radio remover. Excessive force will damage retaining clips and make control panel removal difficult.

Disconnect negative battery cable. Tilt steering column to lowest position. Remove upper and lower steering column covers. Remove instrument cluster finish panel. Push in Radio Remover (T87P-19061-A) into integrated control panel face plate about 1.5" (38.1 mm) to release retaining clips. Disconnect integrated control panel harness connectors and remove integrated control panel.
Remove instrument cluster retaining screws. Disconnect transmission range indicator cable from column selector tube. Pull top part of instrument cluster toward steering wheel. Disconnect instrument cluster harness connectors. Remove instrument cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
