Engine Mechanical problem
2000 Ford Taurus Two Wheel Drive Automatic 115000 miles

I have a 2000 Ford Taurus and it won't start. I have had trouble with it lately. Sometimes it won't crank and I get a battery jump and it starts right up. I have also had a time or two where it wouldn't start but I would try a minute or two later and then it would without ever having to jump start the battery. Is this a battery isssue or could it be something else?

I would start by removing battery terminal check and clean
check battery and test
check charging system
check starter
as for what I would suspect
1-battery terminals
2- starter

need manual CHECK IT @
