My AC is not blowing cold air. I bought a recharge kit and it did not need recharged. Has sufficiant refrigerant. The compressor kicks on and off. When it reaches 45 pounds it kicks off then it will go back down to 0 pounds and then kick back on. What is the problem? Thank you for your response.
