I put the key in turn it ti start. It clicks like it is supposed to but it will not start. It just keeps clicking until I release the key.

the engine was serviced in September it has had regular services before we bought it as it was a city owned vehicle.

since it does not turn over. Is the starter just not firing?

I had a friend whos car did as similar thing and it was the turbo fuel injection tips were plugged. Is this a possible solution and if so How do I fix this

It works I think as I can hear it trying. The engine does not turn over I think you call it that.

Hi:
If the starter is working and spinning the engine in an attempt to start it, you need to check to see of you are getting both fuel and spark. If you need help, let me know.

Hi:
You will need a spark plug. Any will do even from a lawn mower or if you want to remove one from the car. Remove one of the spark plug wires from a plug on the engine, connect the extra plug to the wire, lay the steel part of the spark plug on a steel part of the engine or any steel component that will provide a ground. Have a helper crank the engine while you watch the bottom of the spark plug for spark. You should be seeing a snaping blue spark.

To check fuel pressure, you will need to rent the pressure gauge from a nationally recognized parts store. Because I don't know what type it will be, make sure they provide directions with it. You will need to hook it up to the fuel system and it will identify if you have proper fuel pressure.

I realize this sounds lilke a pain, but it's not that hard to do.

Let me know if it helps.
