Heater problem
1998 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am getting cold air out of the heater when i turn from cold to heat I don't hear it switch over where is the door top switch from cold to hot if there is a diagram you can send me it would be great or a web site to go to to see one it would be great
