1998 Ford Taurus Check Engine Lights
I have a 98 Ford Taurus - 120,000 miles. The check engine light just went on. Does this happen automatically at 120,000 miles? Should this be checked out?

The check engine light comes on when there is a problem with the performance of the engine. Go by your local Auto Zone and have them pull codes, they do it free...
