My car cut out and stopped when I tried to drive through a street flooded by heavy rains. Other cars made it through except for mine and what appears to be a late model Toyota Avalon.

I was told that water got into the tail pipe and this has to dry completely in order for my car to start.

However, it has been three days since the incident occurred and my car still won't start. I was wondering if you have any suggestions as to what damage exactly may have occurred?
