Transmission problem
1998 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

diagnostic test said torque converter clutch system stuck in off position, i have no idea what this means, also transmission fluid is leaking somewhere on top of the pan. smoke coming from under the car???????
