1997 Ford Taurus Automatic

when i turn my steering while, it turns on the cruise control, and also sets of the car horn...why is this, and how can i unplug the horn in the mean time?

Cruise control buttons in the steering column !!
suspect clock spring
remove horn fuse or relay
