Engine Mechanical problem

I've noticed the the serpentine belt or at least the area it's in is rather noisy at all times while running. The belt its self seems to be in very good shape and I watched it while it was running and it seems to be moving fine. But I'm very concerned about the level of noise and what might be the problem.
