Engine Performance problem
1996 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
my car was making this loud rattling sound, and letting out smoke from under the hood. It would also turn off whenever i stopped at a STOP sign, and the brake pedal and steering wheel would become hard and stiff. there was also a strong smell. what might be the problem? is this serious.?
