Transmission problem
1996 Ford Taurus 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i was at the store and when i pulled out i heard a big thump and i got out and i seen my front passager mount had fell and it seems to be my trnsmission mount had fell also.it was my right mount on my transmission that had fallen. is my motor sitting on my frame or is my frame missed up. do i just need to get new mounts. my motor is sitting low in my car it hasn't fell out or nothing like that. but i would like to know what to do.
