ENGINE LIGHT AND BATTERY LIGHT

2003 Ford Station Wagon

Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Ford Station Wagon 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 30,000 miles

My car quit runniong after a loud boom underneath somewhere behind the drivers seat. It started up and then stalled a mile from original incident. I took my car in for repair and received a new battery.

Three weeks later my car dies again, only no loud sound just everything freezing up and the dash lit up like a christmas tree. The engine light came on when I restarted the car so I slowly drove it to my repair shop and now I have a new fues sensor.

Today it stopped three times before the engine light came on and I feel like it is a money pit. I don't have the income to keep making repairs for something other than the real problem. Electrically now I find the fan for the air inside the vehicle is selective to turn on.

Does this sound like anything specific?

I misspelled fuel as (fues), meant fuel sensor.
