engine cranks but will not start

've checkedi have an 1989 ford ranger it has a little over 87,000 miles on it it is an 2.9 litter fuel injected. the problem is the engine cranks but will not start i bought the truck 2 weeks ago it ran fine then last friday i ran out of gas i put gas in it and it would crank but not start its got fuel going to the fuel rail but its not getting fire i even spraid either in it and its still will not start i've checked the distributor i've checked the fuel line and put new fuel tank, lines, pump, filter, etc. checked the plugs and pug wires there good. i've checked the silinoid it good. i've checked fuses there all good. i've done everything know to do this has got me stumped so some help would be gladly appericated. thanks

Make sure that you check both fuse boxes. There is a Power distributon box under the hood with fuses and relays in it.
If all the relays are good, try to switch some of the relays around (make sure they are the same) to see if it is a problem there.
