My Parking Lights, Fog Lamps, License Plate Lights, and the dimming lights behind my instrument panel don't work. I have checked all the fuses in the cab, and none of them are blown. What is the next step to troubleshoot this problem?

Look for the fuse 1.33 ,it is a 15 Amp. it is hot all the time and power every things you listed .
If the fuse is good and there is power, the switch must be checked.
if switch is defective , power won't go through to make everything you listed to work.
(see diagram) switch must be in park (1) or head(7) .
if switch is in "off" (0) nothing will work.
I'm sending this diagram to your email.
