2003 Ford Ranger Vacuum leak

2003 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 100000 miles

My Ford Ranger has a vacuum leak but I have no idea how to find out where it is.

Spray some carb cleaner at intake when it hits a leak idle will smooth out

there is a Y tubing on front of engine that is on left side and the bottom splits it is hard lays down in. one in two out
