Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 155000 miles

I am missfiring in cylinder 6. I have replaced my spark plugs twice and replaced the wire's. My engine light is on. I took it to Autozone and they told that cylinder 6 is missfiring. They said it could be a vacuum leak. It idles rough. How do I check for a vacuum leak.

a very simple way to do it is, get a can of brake clean, and gently mist it around all of the intake manifoled and vacuum hoses. if the idle changes or wants to conk off then you have a leak in that area.
