ABS light on

how to reset ABS light had rear shoe put on and light came on .

Replacing the brake shoes didn't cause the problem. Check to make sure they didn't damage or disconnect one of the sensors at the wheels. Also, most parts stores will scan the computer to determine why the light is on for free. Finally, to reset the light, you can try disconnecting the battery for about 10 minutes, but you will most likely need a scanner to reset it. Keep in mind, there is a reason it is on. That is why I recommend having it scanned. Also, if the light is on, the ABS will not work if you need it.
