hey tamera, there are a few things you can try...i have a 2000 ford ranger and it would start then not start...like a fuel problem...i changed out the fuel filter which is located under the truck ..drivers side in between front and rear wheels. easy to get to . looks like a small canister..there is also a fuel diaphrame..or something like that...can remember name.. i actually took it to my buddies shop and it came up on the code thing.. i called the dealer and they didn't even know what it was..its like a small metal filter that goes under the hood...it located on the middle to left side of the motor if you are facing from the front right in front of the distributor cap ( where all you spark plug wires are comming out of). it looks about 2 inches in diameter and is round with one fuel hoses comming out of it. you need needle nose pliers tha open reverse, to get out the clip holding it in...be carefull , clip will fly out..make sure to put a couple of towels around it and cup your hand over it so the clip doesn't jump out..take off cover and clean and replace filter inside...might shut off once or twice after you drive, but should clean out and no more problems...if this doesn't work then you might have an ignition problem...good luck raulromo34@hotmail.com
