Vehicle was running fine with no problems. When went to start it next morning, it would not start.
Used starting fluid, would not start; pulled it, still would not start. Changed fuel filter, installed new fuel pump, checked fuel relay and still would not start. Need help desparatly, also checked fuel shut off switch.

Used starting fluid, would not start; Even if the fuel pump is defective it should fire up for a few secs if your igniton system is working-Recommend you check for spark

I do have spark and when using starter fluid it did try to fire, but did not. I just checked the fuel pressure regulator, when I pushed in the valve there was no release of pressure. Could this be the probleam. Thank you for your quick reply.
