140000 miles, AC works but I notice that the compressor continually cuts in and out. Is it low on refrigerant and what should the pressures be? Thanks.

Please one more question since your on a roll. The switch for the AC/MAX AC doesnt't seem to make a difference. If I select Max AC usually all outside air is cut off, but I don't hear any difference in using Max A/C. Is the switch bad or is there a fuse or relay that is bad. Thanks.
