We have had the idler pulley replaced to eliminate the squeal we hear especially upon accelerating. This didn't take care of the problem. Someone suggested the possibility of a bad water pump. I wondered if this is a common problem with this year and model. I would like to be somewhat prepared before I go to the mechanic.
