What does it do? Does it crank? Clicking sound? Or nothing?

In response to your PM: Look on the fender near the battery, follow the pos(+) cable to the solinoid. On one side of it you will see a thin wire blue with a red stripe iI think, cross that terminal with the cable that runs to the starter, see if it will start, or at least crank, Turn key to on first.
