Electrical problem
1998 Ford Puma 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi i have a ford puma 1998 1.7.
the temp gauge on the dash does not work at all, and the in addittion to this the collant fan does not come in.
i have replaced the temp switch but this has done nothing at all to change anything.
is there a common problem with these, i am sure it is something simple as everything else works. i have even tried a replacemment temp gauge and clocks etc still no change.
