My 1994 Ford Probe GT w/ mileage 71680 will not start. The key is in the lock position and I can't turn the key to start. The steering wheel is not locked, you can rotate the steering wheel clockwise and vise versa. I can not also push the shift lever push button to bring shift lever to drive, reverse, neutral. I have to use the car key to unlock the shift lever, make the push button depressable or work and put on to drive, reverse and neutral. But as soon as I put the shift lever back to park, the push button can not be pressed again. I have tried to start the car in neutral with brakes on but won't start either. What is the solution to this problem?
