Yes its a 93 ford probe gt. we bought it used 6 months ago and the engine ran fine very quick but over time it lost its power. from a stop if we just punched it in first gear to 6k rpm it would gain its power back until we let it sit for 4 hours or so then lose it again. well we just had to replace the clutch and since then the car is "locked" in its low power mode we brought it to a shop for a full tune up had the wire harness replaced along with the spark plugs still nothing. the mechanic said we have a cracked air intake system but he tapped it up so it wouldnt leak air and we still dont have any power now the engine starts to die if we dont give it gas. what could be our problem? i doubt its the air/fuel mixture.
