The other day i went through a bigger size puddle. my car ended up shutting off and not wanting to start, it was clicking but no luck. I got it towed possible Hydro-locked so i took it apart and pulled out water that went into it. but it Still is only Clicking. could it be that the starter went or something else when it got wet, Or am I going to have to by a New Engine? thanks.
