Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Ford Probe 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 120000 miles

I had my car up on the jacks for approxamitly two months to replace the timing belt, water pump, distributor, oil pump, battery, and thermostat. After i replaced the oil pump, which was the last thing i replaced, i started it and it sounded great. This was about 4 or 5 days ago. Then i lowered it off the jacks 2 days ago and it won't start now. It will rotate but it just won't start the whole way. My dad noticed that he fuel cutout light on the dashboard was lit up. We put fresh gas in it since i had set for about 2 years and also put some fuel treatment in it when we discovered it wouldn't start. What could be the problem?
