1994 Ford Probe Headlights
Electrical problem
1994 Ford Probe 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 15500 miles
My headlights come on but will not flip up at all no matter how many times i turn them on. when the lights are off, if i manualy twist them up BACKWARDS they go up and then down with the motor woking it. when the lights are on and i twist them backwards or forwards they just go up with the twist no motor. once they are up and i shut the lights off the motor pulls the lights down. whats could it be. i have already replaced the headlight relay. not it :( help please.
