I have a problem somewhere in my charging system. I have replaced the battery and alternator and still not charging. The voltage at the battery when the car is running is only 12.8 volts(when it actually charges) I have checked all fuses and am at a loss for what else I can check. Any ideas?
Do you
have the same problem?

Next step is to check the wiring all the way back to the key and charge indicator.

BTW do you have an external voltage regulator?
