Have 92 Ford tarus heater don't work and it over heats

Need to find out why heater doesn't work and it over heats when it warms up replaced thermostat, replaced radiator flushed sytem and none it worked need to find out what could be causing this to happen

Could be head gaskets my 3.8 has alum. Heads gasket went out radator was full they you drive it it goes out the exaust and the heater quit working when coolit gets low the heat gauge get a cool showing

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
