Hi there, can anyone help me here? I have a 1994 ford aerostar with 180,000 km's on it and it is running like crap! It won't start although it will sort of turn over. It makes the whirring sound and starts to turn over and then it turns over a little , back to whiring etc.

Secondly, when it will start, it makes all kinds of racket for the first 10 minutes or so until it warms up, and then it starts to quiet down a little. I took the starter out and had it rebuilt, the guys pretty good so I trust him, but what else can it be?
