MY four wheel dose not work the light in the dash comes on in 4 hi and 4 low but will not go into four wheel drive.

I would check the electrical connections at the side of the transfer case, they could have pulled apart, or the plugs pins could be corroded.
If you have power to the switches or solenoids, then one is bad. ..................mickey-d
