when I start it very bad black smoke and overloading bad put tune up and 02 sensor still runs very rough and wont hardly stay running have to hold peddal to the floor to run thanks

If this has a carburetor it sounds as if the choke plate is staying closed. If not check your fuel pressure as our regulator may be bad. If you look on this site on more service repair it will explain how it works.
