the motor is a 7.5 with a holley 4 bbl.

Get the carby cleaned & re set, check pump pressures & fuel filter, check for any vacuum leaks,a for the electrical problem, what does not work when the fuse blows?

I don't know what dosen't work with that fuse that what i was asking about what module this fuse would go to. when putting in a new fuse as soon as the key is turned on it blows, you can still start engine and it runs but you have to pump it up alot to restart

I am sure that the running issue is carby / tune related, get this sorted first and then we can work on the electrical problem.
