The car shakes, blows black sooted smoke from the exhaust pipe, rpms drop to the stalling point (well below 5). I replaced the plugs, the new ones have also black soot on them. It runs (in idle) a bit better at higher rpms - when stepping on gas but when I let go they (rpms) drop drastically, stalls.
Cannot really drive it - am desperate since my knowledge about cars/engines is minimal and really cannot afford to take it for repairs nor know anyone honest enough.
Please help - any suggestions?
