I have a 79 F100 and replaced the brake lines, calipers, pads and rotors. I drained all the old fluid and have a great pedal. The brakes are not releasing and I can not get down the block without them heating up. Any ideas? All I could think of was bad calipers. But both sides are doing this and I woulld not think both calipers would be bad.

Had a customer come in once with a similar problem and he had twisted the hoses to the front callipers and was pinching off return flow from the callipers. You said you replaced brake lines, did you do the hoses to the wheels? For a problem with both sides you should look toward the master cylinder.

Yes I replaced both hoses, yes both sides are grabbing. Will check the master cylinder.
