service engine soon light

2001 mustang v-6 service engine light on had checked and showed to replace EGR valve replaced it and light came back on. any ideas what else it could be ?

The Fords seem to have a DPFE problem, although I would jump to that. What code is now showing?

what is a DPFE problem ? I haven't had it checked again yet I figured I would take it to a Ford dealer and have them check it out. I originaly had taken it to Oreiley's auto parts. Don't know if I trust them now.

I don't know that I would trust the dealer any different.

If it's a P0401 clean the port under the EGR all the way thru to the throttle bore, I use a steel coathanger. Clear the codes, if light comes back on replace the EGR position sensor...
