Cost of rebuilding a c4 tranny
Does anyone know what the cost of rebuilding a c4 tranny for a 1966 mustang v8 should be? Even a ballpark estimate would help. I was wondering if the estimates I have gotten were competitive.

Depending on where you live.
Why?
Ok, I live in the area of Mar Vista in Los Angeles, Arround this area, I had a C4 tranny of my '67 mustang that needed a rebuild, Prices arround that area go for abour cheapest 750 to 840.
But 26 miles away in the compton, carson area the tranny rebuild was only 325.00!!!!!
So, just make a couple phone calls.
